Regardless, the African illegals are mostly coming in through Mexico or Guatamala. Then they join the 1,000 mile plus trek to our border.
That's a LOT of real estate and less-than-optimal conditions to be spreading germs. Especially since they're in large groups in an unhygienic environment.
The U.S. could deal with a minor outbreak with containment, etc. but how would Mexico handle hundreds or thousands of exposures?

The easiest avenue to attack a country with rhe military might & 2nd amendment armed citizens like the USA is thru biological warfare.
