Halsey is a bi-racial gal who sings and performs as you would expect a Miley Cyrus wannabe to perform. Halsey is mostly famous for being famous. She’s naturally good looking, but likes to trash it up sometimes, thinking that is the way to success. You know, like Niki Minaj or Cardi B. Unfortunately, she may be right.
