Like many websites, the FR page is not mobile-enabled so you have to use two-fingers to expand the text then drag around the page to read the content. Not great, but functional. Also, turn sideways to make a bit easier. That combination is the only way I can read the page on my XS Max.
I use Opera on Android and it works great, has wrap around mode and the text can be made any size by simply holding a finger to it and moving up and down, and it automatically wraps around with no need to scroll sideways. Awesome.
Try the Opera browser. If you enable the “text wrap” feature, you can do the two-finger expand and the text will rearrange itself so you don’t have to scroll sideways to read everything.

Many would be around 1% at most. Sites that haven’t bothered updating things in over a decade.
Sad thing is, it’s not that hard. Add some classes and IDs to hook into with css. Then choose a css grid framework like Bootstrap or Foundation. Either that or hand code the css using @media to target different devices/screen resolutions.
