Antec VP450
Rosewill case

(total cost: less than $200)

Ubuntu from here + aptitude + xorg + ratpoison + alsa + leafpad + scrot + chrome

greedo@nostr0mo:~$ grep bogomips /proc/cpuinfo
bogomips	: 8356.09
bogomips	: 8356.09
less than 1.2¢ per bogomip (overclocked)
