Has anyone done the math on number of Americans visiting DR, their average stay and normal death rate of Americans? This might be like the Dilbert cartoon where Dogbert outrages the boss by telling him that 40% of the sick days are taken on Monday and Friday...which is what you would expect.
2,000,000 Americans vacation there annually, IIRC. The problem I have with these cases is the DR government & a wealthy DR investor seems to be trying to blame the people themselves. I would rather they at least acted concerned.
