Remember the UK guy in his bathtub?

I think the UK building/electrical code does not allow for outlets in shower/bath room (versus the loo).

He ran an extension cord so he could use his iPhone while it was charging, while he was soaking. The UK uses 240V, and the charger/extension cord somehow managed to drop into the tub.

I’m guessing that he also neglected to plug the extension into a GFI outlet.

It amazes me how many people do not respect electricity. I know people are told what to do and not to do- all these appliances now even have tags with the basic do not information. Yet many act as though they can do as they please.
