We haven’t been to Austin in 11 years and were amazed at the increase in bums and vagrants we saw when we were there Monday. Well, when you subsidize something you get more of it.
Just imagine if/when recreational marijuana is allowed in Texas. These problem will proliferate at least 10 fold.
