There's no rush. We can obliterate them on very short notice if that becomes necessary. Besides, I do not hear anyone really clamoring that we need to strike Iran, except for those who believe that President trump doing so would cost him support. Besides it's being reported that we launched a major cyber-attack that disabled Iranian computer systems used to control rocket and missile launches. For right now that is response enough.
I have faith that President Trump will play his cards right on this issue.
If we get into extended combat with Iran then the next election becomes all about that. And the fickle electorate puts Bernie, Elizabeth or Kamala in the White House and overlooks their blatant socialist programs.
