There is no hobby the SJWs wont invade and destroy. They dont even have to care about it. They just care about flexing their muscle and proving they can ruin anything.
like I stated in my other post, my GF followed them a year ago and the members or posters there are nasty people who got kicked off the Etsy forums for just being...nasty. It’s not a big deal and knitters just move on to other sites.
Wow, what arrogance! Note, everyone, how demonrats spoil everything they touch. I hope the site fails and falls into oblivion.
Not to be confused with Janet Jackson, who was Madame DeBarge for a few months.
>>>Who runs that site, purl clutchers?<<<
For those who thought you meant to say PEARL clutchers.
Purl definition: gold or silver thread or wire for embroidering or edging. gold or silver thread or wire for embroidering or edging; the intertwisting of thread that knots a stitch usually along an edge; purl stitch
Must be a bunch of anti-social types, cast offs.
Who runs that site, purl clutchers?
Probably knit pickers, too...
But are we sure the author of this article isn’t just ‘spinning a yarn’?
Bet most of their members are white.
I suppose they’re in that bad shape because of all the dropped stitches...
The worsted yet to come...
Lilly-livered, middle-aged white ladies, can’t handle it. Poor things. Bless their hearts.
And how many of them use the "N" hook? And how about that brand?
Many groups on social media that have nothing to do with politics are having the same issue. The socialists can’t keep their opinions to themselves, and they blast anyone that doesn’t agree with them 100%. I don’t even know how they get new supporters, they attack even those that are on the fence about things. I am talking on pages that are meant for recipe sharing, memories of locations, or support pages for certain occupations.
It is crazy out there.
“...a place for knitters, crocheters, designers, spinners, weavers and dyers to keep track of their yarn, tools, project and pattern information, and look to others for ideas and inspiration.”
Holy Cr@p!! Get a life already!
My crazy socialist neighbors went to that march, it was planned far ahead and was originally intended as a celebration and support march following the election of Hillary. They had plenty of time to make or order the pink pussy hats.
People who think it’s all old ladies don’t realize the new popularity needle crafts - especially knitting - achieved starting around the mid 1990s. A lot of young women are involved, now, and the industry is catering to them. It seems to have begun partly through the revival of ‘Stitch and Bitch’ knitting groups:

Hippie chicks and faggots
Not just “N” hooks-if they make Afghans, that is cultural appropriation, bigtime...
