She was raised in a conservative home and between that and her military experience, some of the good stuff stuck. But it’s only 10-20% of what she says and votes. Unless that ratio changes dramatically she’s still a creature of the left.
To me, someone with the spoken views of Gabbard, no matter the other mitigating factors, is no different from a “peaceful” raghead. They are sitting on a hair trigger, and at any moment can revert to type and go all batcrap crazy on us. Not with a proverbial ten foot pole, after her outburst about Saudi Arabia.
