A group of teenagers allegedly looted a Walgreens in downtown Philadelphia Thursday evening, according to video footage of the incident. The video showed dozens of teens running through the streets on Philadelphias South Street Thursday, but things began to get violent when a group of 60 teens descended on Walgreens.

And the police ignored the buggy train when it formed and trotted into the city. Clearly they were given a Stand Down order when it comes to the Amish. Fortunately they had dismounted from their horse drawn buggies before they went wild.
If the police had their wits about them, they could set up a “roach motel” store, that a large group could enter, but not leave. Then arrest the lot, even if they are juvees, and get a judge to issue an injunction prohibiting them from associating with each other in public, or face a contempt of court hearing.
If convicted, even juvees can be sent to jail over contempt.
