I carry concealed, but have open carried occasionally, here in PA. I’ve gotten some looks, the random “are you a Cop?” here and there, and I always answer “Nope. Just a Citizen exercising his Right.”

Funny I agree, but with that being said, I would take tactical flip flops with a rifle over any handgun with choice footwear.

I know a real "operator". He was involved in a lot of central American black operations.
He said he wore flip flops a lot because your feet would rot in boots.
I asked him if he ever lost a flip/flop or sandal.
He said he chased hundreds of people who had them, and never saw where any of them lost one while running.
I was surprised, but that is what he told me.
I was always surprised at how often I saw him barefoot (normally at home). It seems he like to keep his feet toughened up.
