I just posted another thread that seems to indicate the program for DNA testing is NOT formally adopted and other rules are in place. I have read about the DNA testing being done but am now not sure what circumstances trigger it.

It’s sad that one of the charges isn’t trying to sell a minor. Instead it’s bringing an illegal alien into the country and lying to federal officials.
