I also don’t see the basis of the lawsuit. She ran up excessive charges and goofed off at work. Then she should be fired and should have been better supervised. I am not a lawyer, but I don’t see how you can sue an employee for stuff like that.
This lawsuit just makes De Niro look bad.
She would fit right in with the typical state gov sloth except she got more money.
