Skype for business is one of those wacky problem children. I miss Lync.

Chat part of it works quite well.

Lync and Skype for Business are the same thing, just re-branded.
buwaya, I like Teams a lot better, but it still lacks some Skype for Biz/Lync functionalities, especially for guest users. I'm told it's coming, though.
