A migrant woman is facing felony charges after a medical examination disputed her claim that she was separated from her child while breastfeeding.
Maria Domingo-Garcia was indicted in federal court Tuesday and charged with knowingly using another individual’s social security number, the Daily Caller News Foundation reported.
Domingo-Garcia claimed that after being arrested on Aug. 7 during a massive immigration sweep in Mississippi, she was unable to breastfeed her baby because of her detention by Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
“She is still really depressed. She is in a lot of pain because of not being able to pump or breastfeed,” Manzanarez said.
ICE said they conducted a medical exam after the claims got national attention and found that she was not lactating, an indication that she was likely not breastfeeding her child when arrested days earlier.

I wonder if they did a DNA test to see if the baby was even hers, and not one of the thousands of rented, borrowed or stolen children that the scamming invaders use to get in.
And she would lie to get on very freebie list with that stolen social security number. That’s what many of them are coming here to do. We need to put her on the next bus to wherever she came from.

These kind of social parasites need more then deportation. They need to be hamstrung first so they can't walk back across.
In my opinion, the attorney, Juliana Manzanarez, should be disbarred for manufacturing a false story and advising her client to lie.
Chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) explained how migrant children are being “rented” to help other migrants claim asylum when attempting to cross into the U.S. over the southern border.
Graham said migrants have been “renting” their children so that others can claim asylum in the U.S. and his claim that 30% of families apprehended while attempting to cross the U.S.-Mexico border are not really related.
Graham responded by saying that officials at the border have started a “pilot program” where they are testing the DNA of migrant family units at the border and that he was told of “about 60 children” who were being “recycled” at the border to allow more people to claim asylum. “They told us about 60 children that were recycled,” said Graham. “They pick the child up in Central America, they bring them to the United States, everybody’s released, and the child goes back to Central America to do it again. ” Watch the video here: ...
