Natural born citizens are NATURALLY citizens because they could not possibly be anything else and have only ONE nationality.
Oops. I was born in New York City and have been American all my life but apparently I’m not a natural born American — both mom and dad were immigrants (Russia, Romania) and didn’t become US citizens until I was five.
