The real case against Comey will be the FISA abuse case. Why pursue a weaker case when the stronger case is that much more damning? Ideally we want the real indictments to come when they have the maximum impact on the 2020 election.

That’s just spin. I think the memo case is actually the stronger case. Certainly easier to explain the the American people. The FISA case is naturally cloaked in technicality and classifications. It will be much easier for the criminal Dems to play hot potato on that one. Especially with a supportive FISA court and “Trump” DOJ.

Everybody working at DOJ is no doubt aware that aggressively supporting POTUS is a beltway career ender. I suspect that much of the lack of willingness to prosecute emanates from that fact. Nobody at DOJ wants that job. Literally. I wish it was different but it is what it is.

Not spin, it’s fact. You simply will not accept any explanation, even absolute fact, because you don’t like it. Well facts don’t care what you think or feel, they are what they are and Barr and his team didn’t think the memo case was a very strong case and they know a lot more than you do about the case and the evidence and the fact that they have to consider the likely make up of the juries that will hear the evidence. And in DC and the surrounding area any jury seated is going to be 75% political progressives/democrats and they will need absolute air tight cases to get guilty verdicts from DC Juries against deep staters and their political comrades. These are realities that Barr has to take into consideration; which you don’t. You seem to forget the scumbags are going to be lawyered up with the finest defense attorneys in the world, another consideration you don’t have think about but Barr does.
