I got a little fountain for half price at the big lot store! It has a circulating water pump so it doesn’t need to be hooked up to water.

I can hear it gurgling right now through the window...so peaceful!

Garden stuff is cheap right now, as they need room for CHRISTMAS STUFF. LOL.

STUFFED Jalapeno Cheddar Burgers / makes four

ING• 28 oz lean beef (not extra lean)( can also use grnd turkey)• 2 tb finely minced onion• s/p• 4 tb cr/cheese
• 2 oz shredded cheddar • 1/4 tsp gar/pwder• diced fresh jalapeno,• tbl olive oil• Rolls & Fave Toppings

STUFFING combine cr/cheese, Cheddar, gar/powder, diced jalapeno.

ASSEMBLY Combine meat, s/p, minced onion. Divide meat into 4-7 oz portions. Flatten 1/4 Stuffing into a disc.
Wrap beef around Stuffing, completely covering. Brush w/ bit ol/oil.

GRILL on med 6-7 min each side to completely cook. (Turkey internal 165 deg; beef 160 deg.)
