A judge has dismissed a wrongful death lawsuit filed by the father of an embryo against the Huntsville clinic where his ex-girlfriend got an abortion.
Ryan Magers sued the Alabama Women’s Clinic in Huntsville on behalf of the estate of the aborted embryo, identified as “Baby Roe” in the lawsuit.
Madison County Circuit Judge Chris Comer dismissed the case in an order on Friday. Comer said the lawsuit didn’t accuse the clinic of unlawful or wrongful conduct at the time of the abortion.
In arguing the case, Magers’ attorney Brett Helms cited Alabama’s recent abortion ban and a constitutional amendment that recognizes the rights of the “unborn,” the Associated Press reported. But the abortion ban and amendment were passed long after the embryo was aborted in 2017.

We need to start suing activist judges and lawyers personally for these crazy rulings.
Actually I knew this one was going to get tossed or lose because of Roe vs wade but am still glad it was filed. Am glad the father was standing up for his child.
we should still hammer the judges and lawyers arguing for this crap just on general principle. make their lives hell by any means at our disposal.

One would think the rights of the unborn was a given. Absolutely no way the Founders would ever conceive otherwise.THIS is what we need to push for and punch these murderers in the face and change the culture. We know they will act like rabid dogs if their infanticide is taken away. Politically,I think our side is spineless but other than that conservatives can do this and set the political cowards straight if we set our mind to it.
