Sounds like stress but there are lots of things that could cause it. Irregular sleep can also mess with your body’s timing and ability to produce insulin so you might want to watch your sugar intake and try to focus on foods that are high fiber and high protein and have to be digested slowly- whole grains, nuts, beans, unprocessed food.

You make sense.
I have been drinking 3 cans of mountain dew every night.
I always had a problem with and always avoided caffeine and i imagine the sugar doesn’t help either.
It was stupid to start drinking my fav bev circa 1985 again.
Just this week i finally switched to flavored seltzer water as a possible remedy.I’m hoping that will help.

Here i go again..already i’m way past my bedtime.. i’ll be lucky to get 5 hours sleep.
It’s so hard to go to bed so early on such beautiful days especially weekends when the normals are all up and about..
