I think Ivana has had a drinking problem for a long time. She also appears to have a lot of sun damage. Alcohol and the sun are not friends of the skin.

Ivana has not aged well. The sun/alcohol combo has reeled havoc with her.
Ivanka, otoh, doesn’t partake in either. Her skin is beautiful, as is she.
