And if these ripoffs don’t cover their little posteriors and the one’s who spawned them can’t buy diapers, then they need to quit reproducing. Diapers are the least of expenses for a child growing up, compared with what it cost to rear and educate a child during its lifetime. If they can’t feed ‘em (and diaper ‘em) don’t breed like rabbits.
WIC, EBT, SNAP actually don’t pay for diapers. Food only, AFAIK.
Still, people could use cloth diapers and wash them, with the snap-on plastic over-pants to contain leakage.

What kind of idiot rinses out a disposable diaper & reuses THAT?! Yuk!
