All this was in possession of the Senate at the time of the trial but not ONE Senator looked at any of it; it was just too unthinkable, too terrifying for the poor dears.

I can’t speak to your theories about who and what were operatives... BUT... you are correct that it was a calculated gamble to make it about “sex” with the Lewinsky business. The real issue was ChinaGate, the selling of nuclear secrets to the Red Chinese military, funneling of money to the Democrats/Clintons, et al (and all the scores of conduits who fled the country). When Fred Thompson tried to investigate, the Demonrats stonewalled to the max, and that got John Glenn his payoff by a ride into space again (hope it was worth your soul, John).
When the media went to Thompson to get a “feel good” soundbyte on Glenn’s retirement before Jan 1999, Thompson (a very nice man if there ever was one) told them that what he had to say about Glenn could not be said on television. I truly believe he was staggered by the level of criminality, collusion and Derp State antics 20 years ago and he burned out really fast (left office after 8 years). Sadly, he was too old and tired to fulfill a role that Trump had to when he mulled over running for President.

LOL!!!They didn’t look at it because Clinton had just brokered a swell deal with China for which each received a healthy cut delivered to their “campaign finance account overseas”
