Interesting, I went to youtube and typed in mason jar hydroponics and found a few. I’m really just curious as we just don’t get enough sun here. I do alfalfa sprouts in the winter.
No sun necessary......All with a light....I have a flourescent lamp that I used to grow my seeds last year.
I do broccoli sprouts. They taste so much better and they’re better for you. Great in salads and on sandwiches and in smoothies.
