The real question is when are parents going to flood school board meetings and demand changes or withhold support for all school functions and maybe a taxpayer revolt the school system changes its policies.
People keep silent and things get worse. Then by the time they do get angry enough, their child is graduating out of the indoctrination system, so they forget about it.
The next generation comes in, and the cycle starts all over.
It is common sense that you don't want biological males ,(especially teenaged males, regardless of what clothing they wear), in the restrooms or changing rooms with females.

Yes, the parents should flood the schools and school board meetings and DEMAND sanity. In a local middle school, so many furious parents turned up to protest the Common Core math that the district had to rethink it. They get money for using it, so they wouldn’t give that up. But the teachers send out loose sheets of math homework for the kids to use, rather than have them work in the texts.
