I blame the LIB nitwits for this situation. Society used to have mental asylums for the mentally ill. The nitwit LIBs shut them down in the 1960’s do those there could have “freedom”. Supposedly, they would get mental health treatment at “community mental health centers”. Yeah, right. LIBs are malignancies and their ideas are made from the scrapings of cesspools.
