The Bill of Rights contains the first 10 amendments to the U.S. Constitution and despite the fact that Garbage Party Leftists have completely infiltrated and nearly destroyed public education, they are pretty easy to read and understand.
That includes the Fourth Amendment, of course, which reads: “The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.”
See? Simple. The government can’t spy on us, they can’t just come in and just take our stuff, and they can’t make up reasons to force their way into our homes.

The fourth amendment is a dead letter unless busloads of intelligence community snoopers go to jail—and it is only going to get worse imho.

The headline falsely uses the present tense, when in fact the FISA court ruling is already years old. The article this article links to is already a year old.
When a “Big Tech” monopoly is listening in to your phone calls, reading your texts and emails, recording your internet surfing and even listening to you in your home, aren’t they liable for breaking your 4th amendment right too?
I’ve heard in some places like-minded citizens have formed groups that won’t allow illegal confiscation of firearms without due process. I’ve heard that within 30 minutes the state goobers will be severely outnumbered. I’ve also heard that many people know where these goobers live.
I think that are two chances of anyone going to jail. Slim and none.
