His 'experience' for campaign manager would be "working at FOX (a 'conservative TV news network', and deep hatred of Trump. Those would more than qualify Shep as campaign manager, as far ad democrats are concerned.

Imagine "Shepard Smith, former FOX news host and newsman" as part of a commercial to bring attention to a democrat candidate's campaign. Liberals would eat it up, with "Wow, even a FOX host" working to defeat Trump.
