A Judge is not god. They can issue their ruling, which get staid during the appeal. Just a Facist clown in Robe over reaching his authority which superior courts had all ready ruled on.
You are correct. But, this issue has already been to the SC so, that order was in defiance of previous SC ruling. That order should be ignored. I don’t know what the administration is doing in relation to that order.
The Supreme Court allowed the Trump administration to use $2.5 billion of military funds until a final decision has been made by the courts. One federal judge can’t overrule the Supreme Court.
