Hubby #3, Jeff Dwire & Virginia married Jan. 3, 1969; Bill Clinton served as the best man. 40 weeks later: Clarice Minner, their young housekeeper, gave birth to a little girl on Oct.12th, with Virginia by her side. She named her daughter Jeffrey. Was this Bill's baby? Would Virginia be by her side, if this was Dwire's child?
