I am hooked on the rotisserie chicken I can buy at a local deli. Of course, once we eat some of it and take the rest off the bone, the remainders go into making chicken stock.
Mom helped me clean out two chest freezers these past weeks. I had 12 containers of stock in there, LOL!
She says I’m no longer allowed to make stock until I use up my ‘stash.’ ;)
And have them take credit for something I wrote?

I am starting to understand why someone would superstitiously not give you a byline. Doing so would risk the distinct displeasure of working with you again. It has nothing to do with honor.
