There already was a movie about Midway many many years ago and it was solid to pretty good so I can’t see today’s Hollywood of ‘great special effects but crappy storyline and wooden acting’ making it any better.
Was that old movie “Wing and a Prayer” with Don Ameche? I always thought it was about Midway but it might have been about the Battle of the Coral Sea.
