On a warm evening in September, guests gathered on the terrace of a roughly $9.5 million contemporary mansion on the market in the Hollywood Hills for an elaborate seven-course meal. In lieu of a wine-pairing for each course, they opted for a different kind of accompaniment—seven flavors of cannabis vape. The flavors of pot included Grandaddy Purple, a sweet, grape- and berry-tinged strain with a floral smell; Pineapple Express, a potent, tropical strain with supposed energy-boosting effects; and Wedding Cake Profile, which blends the flavors of cherry pie and Girl Scout Cookies.

Get them stoned. They won't know they're buying in CA. Waiting for the lawsuits about diminished mental capacity at time of contract execution.

Russia has a law that you have to prove you’re sober before you can close a real estate deal to prevent this sort of mistake.

And people can and will sue on the “I wouldn’t have paid 3 million for property in that condition if I wasn’t high!”

It’s beyond me why anyone would vape THC. It’s a lot of complicated electronics and expense vs. a $10 pipe and a lighter.

It’s all about the chocolate now. And gummies.
Smoking. Vaping. Pens. Anything inhaled. Is passé

I wouldn’t buy a house that had been a meth lab, nor would I buy one that hosted pot parties.
That stuff will permeate everywhere.

It looks like serious, immediate lung damage is also now part of the cannabis vaping package.

I wasn’t speaking about Nicotine, just THC.

Anything to get off the cigarettes, anything at all, is better than the cigarettes.

No No,I still smoke but vape THC. Had a doctor about 3 years back that swore I had a spot on my lungs. When the MRI complete with die came back negative,I fired his worthless butt.

Whatever happens to them while they are stoned, I couldn’t care less. They chose to muddle up their brains.

Full story, no paywall, halfway down the page at https://dpl-surveillance-equipment.com/miscellaneous/realtors-and-developers-are-selling-wellness-whether-it-works-or-not-gotbitcoin/:

“Proponents of the trend say the cannabis industry is a relatively untapped source of buyers for high-priced homes. They also say these unusual real-estate events jump-start sales by luring curious agents and buyers who would otherwise stay home. They point out that many deep-pocketed Hollywood types, including actors and producers, a major component of L.A.’s real-estate buyer pool, are active smokers and growers. [...]

“The night had little to do with highlighting the details of the real estate, though marketing brochures for the home were strategically positioned next to buckets of cannabis-infused, ginger-and-lime cocktails—and the owner of the home was on hand to give tours. Rather, it was mostly devised to generate buzz around the property, particularly on social media, and get the industry talking, Mr. Ali said.”

But, but, the Left assured me that cannabis is 100% safe and doesn’t cause mental impairment!

When these lawsuits happen I’m breaking out the popcorn.

Waiting for the lawsuits about diminished mental capacity at time of contract execution.

No evidence in the story that sales are being finalized at or shortly after cannabis open houses.
