The items from this manufacturer (and many others) are restricted to US military contract purchase, with listed items and all parts in contracts required to include maintenance support and cybersecurity interface (which is how these jokers were caught). NAVSUP, Naval Support Systems Command, GCSS US Army/USAASC, USMC, USAF and USCG(Supply, Weapons, parts and world distribution to forces) all have integrated operational support systems worldwide, Our SEALs, and Delta Force (Navy and Army spec ops) and USCG do not have “trolling motors” on interdiction vessels or special boat teams crafts. Not available to the public— if they were the chi-coms would not be trying to get the equipment through a criminal network and coopted naval officer (and dumba@@ as well).
See: NAVSUP Systems Command. Cybersecurity integrated with the manufacturer, worldwide support on inventory, parts and maintenance. Same as weapons systems (example: Blackhawk helicopters, current contract with manufacturer). These aren’t “over the counter” items. Combat support specific to each service.

That’s what the chi-coms were after— starting with spec ops boats to “develop” the payoff relationship, and expand it to our more sophisticated combat tech (like the P8). Should remember, the chi-coms shot/forced down a P3 and took the crew prisoner— the first challenge to GW Bush— which he failed, and luckily 9-11 came along (another Clinton failure when bin laden was in Yemen). Chi-coms are everywhere, stealing and buying through espionage.
Hitlery did this on a larger scale with strategic US minerals/elements— 20% of US owned uranium, sold off to the number one (or 2) holder of uranium ore— Russia, through a Canadian mining exec (and Clinton Foundation board member, who kicked back 150 million to them through a Canadian bank— thus unreported on the Foundation’s books).

I saw Chinese all over the off strip hotels in Vegas. I cannot believe the Orleans was used for a convention. Must be some serious kickbacks for our board and officers with over 200 men and wives who most have military and other retirements gambling.
