CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WCHS/WVAH) — Charleston police said two people were cited for violating a city ordinance for allegedly harassing two people leaving the Women's Health Center.
Christopher M. McComas, 52, and Louis B. Ferraro, 48, both of St. Albans violated a city ordinance protecting passage to and from health care facilities, according to a complaint filed in Charleston Municipal Court.
Charleston police said the two approached two people Wednesday leaving the Women’s Health Center in the 500 block of Washington Street West.
Police said the incident occurred on a sidewalk along Washington Street West and within 100 feet of the health care facility entrance door. The complaint said McComas and Ferraro were within 8 feet of the two people leaving the center and approached them in a harassing manner.

The officer smell her breath and she is obviously intoxicated she was trying to resist arrest and run they handcuffed her put her in the car. While she was threatening to call the chief of the police and the mayor because what she does for a living which is work right underneath Amy Goodwin. They took her home and gave her a warning and said don’t come back here your son’s in a good space he’s safe he’s asleep you’re no condition to watch him right now. If you come back here we’re going to arrest you. So about a half hour goes by. She goes back to my mom’s house my mom opens the door not the screen door thinking it’s me cuz I was coming back from dropping my friend off who was in the car when I picked her up in as a witness to everything. Till this point. As my mom opens the door she pushes my mom at the doorway pushes her down through the house my mom is screaming you’re not allowed in my house quit you’re hurting me the Girl Next Door here’s this runs to my moms Aid and see Alex pushing my mom and just going through the house intoxicated in a rage is the neighbor protects my mom from Alex Alex grabs Jack with just his little onesie on and takes him outside in a 30 degree weather the cops are out there sees this an arrest her. They didn’t know what charge to a restaurant for either assault or burglary they talked to their supervisor and they charged with burglary because you came into a resident with the intent to commit a crime that is to going to my mom’s house forcefully and take our son after the police notified her that she was not in condition to watch him. And since I’m not on the birth certificate. Alex decided who would watch Jack while she goes to jail and she calls the mayor and mayor Amy Goodwin comes at 5 in the morning doesn’t say anything to me goes rights right to the squad car her husband picks up Jack. She continues to talk with Alex in the squad car for about 10 minutes and then gets out of the squad car and starts talking to the police officers and pointing her fingers at them and I think Alex is getting special treatment because she works right underneath the mayor. After the mayor leaves. They holler off and take her to jail on a burglary and a misdemeanor assault charge that’s the truth I have everything recorded. So people before you make comments about this would you let your mother or father of your child come pick up your three month year old son or daughter at 4 in the morning while they’re intoxicated and let them walk the three month year old only in a onesie in 30 degree weather? When the three month year old is safe at your mother’s house that he or she dropped the three-month year-old off at in the first place? Absolutely not it wasn’t safe for the child!

HOW can anyone claim to be a Christian AND believe that abortion is acceptable?
Charleston, West Virginia is a liberal Oasis in a conservative sea.
Majority of West Virginians although democrat are conservative and Christian. They are pro life. However in Charleston? The Churches and politics are liberal and rotten to the core. Don’t get me wrong there are a few good churches but most are liberal. You really have to drive 20 minutes out of Charleston to find good ones.

I know McComas and what goes on at this abortion mill and that pretty much sums it up. Mccomas is not Catholic he’s the other kind. He creates suck a ruckus that he can be heard in Canada and Clearly. Judy is probably wondering what that noise in West Virginia is!
Know I’m making a joke about it but it’s true. McComas is so loud the neighbors in homes have complained and one said “I have a bullet for you”. We all saw it on video.
I don't think this is a Catholic - Protestant thing.
There can be loud-mouthed jerks in just about any group of humans - so we pray for them (Dear Lord, please shut this guy's mouth....)

Ours has always been called that! Abortion clinics always use names like that they don’t want people to know they are abortion clinics. Some don’t even have a name on the front just an address. They will also offer “other services” so they can say they do that, like this one does when abortion is their cash cow.
Now mind you they say Crisis Pregnancy Centers are “Fake Clinic” and right next door to this place is one called “Women’s Choice” and why is it a “Fake Clinic” because it does not offer abortion.
So why don’t they be honest? Just say “Women’s Abortion Clinic of Charleston” or something like that. That’s what they do that’s what they are.
and no the Women’s Health Center in Charleston, WV does NOT do Mammograms.
Interestingly, it's so vague they not only don't mention "Abortion," or "Clinic," they don't mention "reproductive" or "health" nor, of course, "murder."
And Auschwitz was a Jewish Health Center.
That is a house of MURDER, and I hate that it exists, as a native West Virginian and a Christian.
