I’m not saying that he’s not a serious guy. I’m saying that his predictions of indictments have proved to be wrong, without exception. I don’t doubt that criminal laws were broken. The difficulty is in getting proof. Common criminals go to prison because they’re stupid. High-level bureaucrats are much better judges of character re who they should conspire with, and much better at covering their tracks. Whereas the common criminal should really have his picture as an illustration under the dictionary definition of stupid. Bottom line - I’d be surprised if anyone was indicted, let alone convicted.
