I visited St. Denis back in the 80’s or early 90’s. It has an interesting early Gothic cathedral where many French kings are buried. The neighborhood was a little sketchy then. God only knows what’s it’s like now.
I was there about 8 years ago and even in the daytime you had to keep your eyes open. I won’t be back to France. Anywhere in France.
