This case was based on the fact that her father was a diplomat not an immigrant at the time of her birth.
Children of diplomats are ALWAYS considered natural born citizens of what ever country their parent is working for. The birth country has no claim on them what so ever. This is an international agreement going back centuries.
If they allowed her to claim US citizenship based on her birth while her father was working as a diplomat it would open up a major can of worms that not even the deep state wants to have opened.
