Desperation......Saturday morning radio talk shows generally don't have much of an audience so the stations will fill the time slot with pretty much anyone willing to come in to the studio.......
In my city there is no weekend live daytime talk radio. There are infomercials, some food and beverage shows (recorded and produced at other times, no callers please), and some investment advice programs that echo the same points every week. Sunday morning one religious program airs and Sunday evening some religious leaders discuss issues of the day in a light manner.
There might be a few rebroadcast hours from earlier in the week as well. Overnight there are some new programs.
“...Saturday morning radio talk shows generally don’t have much of an audience...”
Ain’t it the truth! Saturday morning here switches from conservative talk both local & national, to personal finance, home improvement, and gardening/landscaping. Dullsville!
