It flat out calls the death a suicide. So the fix is in.

Other than losing their jobs then these guards will face very little in the way of consequences.

As cheap as cameras and recording devices are, every prison should have cameras recording at a minimum:

• hallways
• common areas
• work areas
• the electronics room
• High security/high profile/suicide watch cells.
