There are only three reasons that the Brits hate the Duchess:

(1) She’s an American.

Many feel that Prince Andrew’s friendship with Epstein is a much bigger deal than anything regarding Duchess Meghan and that the royal family doesn’t want the negative attention.

Let's see - on the one hand we have a prince who hangs around with a serial pedophile and may himself be guilty of sleeping with underage girls. On the other hand we have a TV actress who angered a lot of women because she married into the royal family. Replace "many" with "anyone with a shred of sanity".

Ms. Markle merely has had to struggle harder for the media attention she craves, due to publicity stemming from Andrew’s well-known habits of longstanding. I’m encouraged to see that at least somebody in a position of authority is acting upon an Epstein situation.
