I also remember a scene from Rosencrantz and Guildenstern Are Dead - as told from the other side of Hamlet that took in a scene from the Tower.
The mystery of the "little princes" has intrigued me since I was a kid. So I've read books about it since then and have quite a collection of books about it now. I also have a couple of books about the Tower of London, and took the tour twice...once the first time I went to London and then, again, when we too the progeny. The Yeoman Warders, who give these tours are fantastic and make it all very memorable.
And then, there's Josephine Tey's excellent book, THE DAUGHTER OF TIME,which I highly recommend, that clears King Richard III.
LOL...and I've even been to the museum, in London, that has waxworks of famous murder victims and murderers. The one of the little Princes is just of the two boys, quite similar to all of the famous paintings of them.
