Most people never drive their trucks out of town. Like ranchers and rural folks.
The limitations are actually a virtue for them.
I chuckle at all the new trucks on the road where I live and the rear beds are all empty with no scratches in them.
They use them to get their groceries or to carry the fake fire log they bought at Home Depot or to pick up nail polish for their wife.
These Hollywood pictures are useless. They need a video showing how to make it turn from an ugly car into an ugly truck. Drive it over 5 foot piles of rocks, splashing through mud a foot deep, and pulling a trailer with 25 sheets of 5/8" drywall.
