How much consumption must there be for it to become “overconsumption”? Anything beyond a bowl of rice and a lump of coal?
Depends on who you are.
For most people it will be insect “burgers” and a tiny apartment.
For the Davos apparatchiks it will be champagne dreams and caviar wishes.
