Just looked at Google maps. Almost none of Canal St is in the quarter. Actually none of it is “IN” the quarter, a small portion of it “BORDERS” the quarter.
The very low numbers 40s etc. border the quarter, NOT the 700s.
FAKE headline! It’s “sexier” if it says it was in “the quarter” even if it was.
First line in the story:
