Man finds the coyote he hit sitting behind the wheel of his car

An ordinary commute took an entirely unexpected turn for a Canadian man after he hit a 30-pound coyote. While most people would keep going, the unnamed driver stopped, picked up the unconscious animal, and kindly placed it on his car's passenger seat in a bid to save its life.

The Manitoba man didn't take it to the nearest animal shelter, though. He was likely a little bit panicked, and the coyote still hadn't regained consciousness, so he drove to work and left the animal in the car for several hours while he tried to figure out where to take it, according to Canadian news outlet CBC. The man later returned to his car — and found the coyote sitting upright in the driver's seat, behind the steering wheel. We can't make this up, folks.

Coyote figured he had a better chance of catching the roadrunner by using a car. However, no keys were available.

It would have to be like a Ferrari or the fastest GT because roadrunner take off at EASILY 200 plus mph.

He’s off the TV screen before you can blink.

Heck, even rockets aren't sufficient to catch the roadrunner.

Seen plenty of coyotes lying on the side of the road here in New Mexico. I never thought to see if any were merely unconscious let alone put them in my car.

ROFL!!

Well that’s why I made an absurd comment. To match the man’s actions.

WHAT was he thinking!?!?!?

But yeah not even rockets can catch him/her?

Yeah, he’s probably a liberal. Thinks wild animals are all cute, tame, cuddly and furry.

You got coyotes in your area?

Im glad that dog survived. I take it for granted coyotes are around here in rural and semi rural areas. More interesting is when they are in really big cities.

Sad to say, the top speed of a roadrunner is 22 miles per hour, and coyotes can run much faster than that, by over half. Everything in my childhood was a lie!

There is a infamous 911 recording on the Net of a guy who placed a "road kill deer" in his car and the deer woke up.

The deer was not happy.
