Kennesaw State University should immediately disband its cheerleading squad.

If doing the right thing gets you sued - then eliminate the very thing that caused the problem.

The school responded by ordering the cheerleaders to stay out of view before several subsequent games began. They were allowed back onto the field during the anthem when the University System of Georgia determined their protests were protected by the U.S. Constitution.

They should have just dismissed them from the squad. Certainly they have a 1st Amendment right to do so, but the school (should) has the right to expect respectful behavior.

I hope that Tommia Dean will receive what she deserves, both from this court award and from life. Anyone who openly disrespects our flag, our anthem, our military, our country, and our ancestors should not be paid for her act of evil.
