So a US claims jurisdiction on a case involving bribery by a foreign company to other countries.

Sounds like the US politicians are just jealous.

Now they have their tribute.

We are punishing Ericsson, a Swedish international, for bribes and corruption committed overseas in other countries by non USA citizens? How moral and legal is that?
