If they moved they just vote in their new precinct/county/state whatever. If they moved from place A to place B, they don’t get to vote for stuff/candidates on the A ballot, they vote on whatever/whomever is on their new ballot.
If it’s just a matter of a new residence within the same voting area, just change the address info.
Not rocket science, Dems.

But if they don’t respond after a certain amount of time then they should be removed from the voter rolls.. They could have moved out of the state and are voting in two or more states..
